Bareket Capital obtains NIS 1.7b loan for Kikar Hamedina project

Bareket Capital (TASE: BRKT) introduced this early morning that it had signed an agreement for a financial loan from insurance plan firms Clal (TASE: CLIS) and Migdal (TASE: MGDL) for funding the job to make 3 residential towers on Kikar Hamedina in central Tel Aviv. The non-recourse mortgage represents the lion’s share of the finance for the task: NIS 1.7 billion out of a whole of NIS 2.05 billion, the largest ever amount of money for non-financial institution finance for a residential genuine estate challenge in Israel.

The Kikar Hamedina venture, in 1 of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Israel, is composed of 3 spiral-shaped 40-floor towers, that contains altogether 450 apartments, an underground auto park with 906 parking spaces for use by the inhabitants, a privately-owned community vehicle park with 720 areas, gardens with an synthetic lake, community open up spaces, and a college. The task addresses 78 dunams (19.5 acres) in the heart of Kikar Hamedina (which was an open eco-friendly room).
